New Tenancy Structure & Documentation 📄📝📑Landlords will need to give tenants a written statement of terms at the start of every tenancy.

Existing tenants don’t need new agreements, but you must send them an official summary of the changes within 1 month of the law coming in - we will share more information on this as we get it!

Rent can’t be taken before the tenancy agreement is signed, but the deposit still can.
