A quick 4 day project but with lovely weather which always makes the job go better
16sqm of buff natural Indian stone laid with a buff resin inlay complemented by the furnlea raj Coblet stones
Block pillars created to wrap the pergola which was also made.
This is stage 1 of hopefully a 2 stage process to follow to the bottom of the garden

Busy month for RBS which I am very grateful for….
Tired worn out bathroom in a lovely house changed for a very traditional suite to match in with the rest of the style of the house.
New Burlington suite installed with all pipework being changed for chrome and tidied up , boxing in to hide the 4” waste and electric shower replaced for a nice modern traditional style rain head.
The colours picked by the client really compliment the style of this bathroom.

Another quick Saturday job one that’s. Client has been waiting patiently for me to get to her
A repeat customer and someone who passes a lot of work onto me also thankyou both Frankie and Howard……
Post that had completely rotten replaces for a thicker 4x4 post electrics all re established and back to the way it should be!!!
Made more challenging as this fence line also sits on a 4 “soil pipe not allowing for a proper depth to sink the pipe

Quick couple of finishing off jobs taken on today both in stone for separate clients
1st was a ring security camera installed in place of an old tired outside light..
The other was 10 sockets and 5 light switches changed out and forgot to post on Friday so outside soffit lights and some front lights on the house now all sorted

1st landscaping project of the year completed
Working for two lovely people Amanda and Glynn.
Amanda had a vision for the area which we quickly adapted between us ,making some lovely beds for planting and adding in the steps for access to Glynns church!! aka the sports bar!!😜
5 tonne of soil removed to level out the area with 18tonne back in all with the access of the metal steps and dug out and moved by hand.
Yes it was a challenge yes yet again I fought through two storms and some proper wicked weather but RBS Property services got it done
42sqm off anthracite porcelain paving laid with light grey resin 44 sleepers laid, all finished off with a black ice stone border.
Clients over the moon which makes me extremely happy with thanks to Paul and molly for all the brews
Conner Buxton for giving me a big chuck and my son Brandon for helping me with the clean up and resin.
Couple of days on electrical work now then onto Neil’s bathroom on Monday as he’s had to wait for a while.
Thank you for everyone’s support from existing and new potential clients and the kind words along the way it does make a big difference.❤️

Ups and downs on this bathroom
All new electrics inc new lighting shaver point now with 3 amp isolation point new position for light switch and new extractor fan with an outside isolation point
All new copper piper re routed and hidden finally an not on display illuminated
Stud wall taken down and rebuilt correctly
New loft light added whilst doing the down lights from the loft
Bath installed then ripped out due to finding the acrylic damaged underneath the protective wrapping
New bath ordered and installed with bespoke bath panel
Mirror missing in the photo due to me cracking it on installation 🤦‍♂️
New mirror ordered from RBS as a replacement as accidents sometimes happen oops 😔
All in all two bathrooms completed for this client
Can’t wait to see what their next project will be ?🫣
