The latest property we have sourced for one of our clients.
After hard negotiation, we managed to secure this two bedroom terrace in LE3 for £135,800 which is well below market value. However the real icing on the cake is that by flipping the staircase round an adding a partition upstairs, this can easily be converted into a 3 bedroom house.
The purchase completed last week and, needless to add, the client is over the moon and has asked us to source them more properties.
