🪳 Derby Cockroach Treatment – Day 1 of 3

This morning, we kicked off the first of three treatments for a German cockroach infestation at a property in Derby. The landlord and tenant were understandably stressed—they'd already had other pest control companies out without success.

What we found:
Active German cockroach activity with clear evidence throughout the property
Hygiene concerns that need immediate attention
Water leaking from the washing machine
Heating cranked up to full blast

Here's the thing: these conditions are a cockroach paradise. German cockroaches are tropical insects, and once they're established in warm, moist environments like this, they're incredibly difficult to eliminate.

Our approach:
We've laid traps and applied treatment, but the real key to success is addressing the root causes. We'll be back in three weeks to assess progress, but in the meantime, the hygiene levels must improve and that water leak needs fixing. Without these changes, no treatment will work long-term.

The good news?
