🏡 New Project Underway! 🔨

We’ve officially started another full exterior transformation, and this one is going to look incredible!

The first stage is a complete new roof installation, including:
✔️ Brand-new roof tiles
✔️ New fascias
✔️ New soffits
✔️ New guttering

Once the roofing work is complete, we’ll be giving the entire exterior a fresh lease of life by jet washing the property with specialist treatments to remove algae and organic growth, before finishing it off with a full exterior paint from top to bottom.

Another project completed to a high standard! 👌

This is the finished product of one of our previous posts which involved a full replacement of the fascias, soffits and guttering, along with repairing damaged roofing felt to ensure the roofline is fully protected from the elements. We also finished the front gable with fresh black and white Tudor-style detailing, giving the property a clean, smart finish that really enhances its kerb appeal.

We recently completed a full roof transformation, replacing an old polycarbonate roof with a fully insulated warm roof system to improve thermal performance, energy efficiency, and year-round comfort. The new warm roof was finished with a high-quality metrotile, providing a durable, long-lasting, and watertight finish. We also replaced the old felt roof with a EPDM rubber roofing system.

While carrying out the project, we also stripped the main pitched roof back after discovering the existing roofing felt was full of holes and no longer providing adequate protection. We installed new breathable membrane and treated roofing battens before carefully reinstating the customer’s existing roof tiles, giving the roof a fresh lease of life while maintaining its original appearance.

The result is a fully weatherproof roofing system with improved insulation, modern materials, and a clean, professional finish built to last.

Fascia replacement project underway!

Today we got started on this fascia replacement, stripping everything back to expose the condition underneath. As you can see, we found areas where the roofing felt has perished over time.

As part of the repair, we’ll be replacing the damaged felt and installing new eaves support trays to ensure water drains properly into the gutter, and fitting brand-new fascias for a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish.

A solid repair starts with doing the hidden work properly—not just covering it up.

Another roof transformed! 🔨
This shed roof had originally been built by someone who clearly wasn't a roofer🤦‍♂️... The original structure wasn't fit for purpose, so we completely stripped it back and rebuilt the entire roof framework from scratch.
We then installed new roof boards and finished it with a high-quality one-piece EPDM rubber roof, giving the customer a strong, watertight, low-maintenance roof that's built to last. Another job done properly, with no shortcuts! 👌🏡

Pay Cheap, Pay Twice

Just 18 months ago, this home had new external cladding fitted by another contractor. Unfortunately, the wrong materials were used, which meant the installation failed prematurely and had to be completely replaced.

Bay Window Restoration & Cladding Installation

We recently transformed this tired bay window by removing the old, failing render and exposing the original timber framework. After replacing the rotten timber with a brand-new treated framework, we installed a breathable membrane to provide long-lasting weather protection while allowing the structure to ventilate properly. The bay was then finished with low-maintenance cladding, giving it a fresh, modern appearance and a durable, weather-resistant finish that will last for years to come.

On this house we replaced all the old ridges with new modern grey ones, fitting them with a new dry ridge system replacing the original cement.
We also replaced the old lead flat roof with an all in one e.p.d.m rubber roofing system, finished off around the edges with a new fascia board and metal black edge trim
