Now Christmas is almost over! (Just got to declutter the girls bedroom) we can finally welcome 2023! We have secured a wedding date and venue for 2024! So as well planning & saving for our dream wedding, we are looking forward to getting tenants into our property! And see what is next for our future! ❤️

FINALLY! 🎆🏡

It’s been a very long time since our last post! BUT we have finally secured a property!

A very exciting project with Karl & Ellie! 🍾😝

A little work needs doing to the house and it has began!

The 4 of us are working so well to juggle Christmas, work, kids, dogs and trying to maintain a social life!

Again we are beyond excited to get it all fixed and start renting it out!! 🍷🥂

We haven’t posted in a very long time! We are still aiming high and working hard to achieve the goals we have set!

The days have just flown by as we have been juggling work and the two children! (You wouldn’t believe the amount of farms we have visited over the last couple of months!😅)

We have made progress and will hopefully have more news soon!

Very exciting new things will be happening for us over the next couple of weeks/months 😝😝🏡🔑

Wow! It's been a while since we last posted anything. We've had a few veiwings recently but still on the hunt for our first property 🙃

Recently bid at auction for the first time. It wasn't to be this time unfortunately but learnt a lot from the process🔥

It was quite surreal bidding for a house from your phone😅

The property we went for needed a substantial amount of work, so going through the process of arranging development finance was interesting 💷

Having to produce a schedule of works for the lenders means you can really go through in your head, and on paper, what exactly there is to be done, which helped a lot when calculating an estimate for the refurb costs🔨💸

I'm an electrician by trade and consider myself fairly fluent in the world of construction👷🏻‍♂️⚡. I'm no expert at all, but if anybody would like some guidance with estimating refurbs or producing schedule of works, send me a DM and I'll try my best👍🏼
