An apartment balcony needed repairs and a new rubber tile floor, the old one was worn and dangerous for the older lady

So we repaired all the cracks and damage in the balcony floor with a resin based fiberglass compound and layed the new flooring so she could enjoy the balcony once again.

So the customer wanted a retaining wall being built to hold back the front garden and give them more space on there driveway and this was the result, ready for a cladding of there choice. We also shuttered off the steps leading up to the house and tied it in with the wall to make it all one solid structure.

Retaining wall built up to desired height then back filled and a nice porcelain patio layed on top with steps going down...

Retaining wall built up to desired height then back filled and a nice porcelain patio layed on top with steps going down to the garden onto a garden path also done with porcelain slabs and slate with a border running down each side.. this is an on going project, lots more to do.

Two chimney breasts stripped back to brick, lintels put in for strength, openings made to fit a multi fuel burner in one and storage for fuel etc in the other which can also have s burner in if needed.

Solid live edge lintle used for one and a live edge lintle/floating shelf put in above the burner for the other.

Stone hearths built in and pointed for a rustic look

Brickwork re built where needed, joints ground out and re pointed using yellow sand for that aged effect.

Multi fuel burner installed and ready to go.

A fully modernised bathroom for a client before and after.

The first thing was to rip out the old bathroom back to the brickwork and make all the plumbing safe.

Then the floor boards came out re plumbed to where there new bathroom was going to be and replaced the floor with new interlocking boards.

A thin layer of self smoothing compound was added then the resin floor design was layed.

The intergrated shelves where built for where the bath/shower was going to be. Was then plasterboarded then skimmed, Tiles where then layed and the bath, toilet, sink and shower where installed.

Spot lights and extractor fan put in and painted.

Cut boards to size and did a personalised design with venetion stucco then installed.
