We’re proud to have taken part in the 2026 Women’s Rough Sleeping Census, helping to shine a light on the experiences of women who are sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping.

Women’s homelessness can often be hidden, and taking part in the census helps build a clearer picture of the challenges women face and the support they need.

By contributing to this important work, we hope to help ensure women’s voices and experiences are seen, heard and better understood 💜

We are looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Supported Housing Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our existing supported housing provision and help to develop new projects at The Bridge Homelessness to Hope.​

If you are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of people experiencing homelessness and twant to help shape the future of supported housing servicesm we'd love to hear from you.

As we head through the summer months, donations often begin to slow down as people go on holiday and routines change. Unfortunately, the need for support doesn't stop, and we have run out of some essential items.

If you're able to donate any of the following, it would make a huge difference to the people we support:

🥤 Squash
☕ Hot chocolate
🍜 Pot Noodles
🥔 Crisps
🍫 Chocolate
💧 Bottled water

Huge thank you to the 109th Leicester St Andrews Scout Group for their donation of blankets to The Bridge Homelessness to Hope ☺️

The Bridge Homelessness to Hope recently visited the 109th Leicester (Countesthorpe) St Andrews Scout Group to talk to two Beaver Colonies groups (aged 6-8 years) about homelessness, what it means and how people can help those experiencing it.

In celebration of Volunteers’ Week 2026, we treated our incredible volunteers from The Bridge to an evening of bowling at Lane7 as a thank you for their dedication, hard work, and support throughout the past year.

Our volunteers are at the heart of The Bridge. Whether it's offering a listening ear, serving meals, supporting activities, or simply helping someone feel valued and respected, their contribution makes a meaningful difference every day to the people we support.

This evening was a small token of our appreciation for the positive impact they have on the lives of others and for the vital role they play.

This Volunteers’ Week, we’re celebrating Jim, who has dedicated more than five years to volunteering in our Community Café at The Bridge Homelessness to Hope.

Always ready with a warm smile, a listening ear, and a helping hand, Jim brings kindness and compassion to everyone he meets. His commitment helps make our café a welcoming place of hope and connection for those in our community.

In celebration of ⭐ we are celebrating all our wonderful volunteers at The Bridge Homelessness to Hope.

Every week, our volunteers give up their time to support our day centre services, including helping to prepare and serve breakfast, a delicious lunch and hot drinks to our guests from our Community Cafe.

It is our pleasure to announce that The Bridge Homelessness to Hope's Impact Report for 2025 is now available ☺️

Our Impact Report showcases some of the amazing work done by those who have worked, volunteered and supported our charity over the past year.

It also highlights some of the struggles we are facing as a charity, and our hopes for The Bridge and those we support as we move forward.

Most importantly however, it gives us the opportunity to say a massive thank you for all your support!
