Lumis Student Living is a Luxury student accommodation in the heart of Leicester, and just over the road from De Montfort University and a short cycle to the University of Leicester. The property is ideally situated on Southgates between the vibrant heart of Leicester. You will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants, and the beautiful Castle Park on the bank of the River Soar. With 558 rooms catering for a variety of tastes and budgets, Lumis Student Living is the ideal accommodation for your time at university in Leicester. All rooms are en-suite and all utilities are included in your rent, so you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of Leicester. With an on-site gym, games room including pool tables & table tennis tables, gaming seating area, small cinema, quiet study spaces, large external seating area with outdoor table tennis tables, everything is provided to make sure your time as a student in Leicester is as comfortable as possible. We provide free internet connection & Wi-Fi throughout, on-site laundry facilities, friendly on-site management & maintenance. We have a variety of flats available comprising from Studios to Cluster En-suites. We offer either a 44 week or a 51 week tenancy agreement.
