I’m really proud to sponsor the U13 Hawks this season, providing them with a brand new home kit through Secure Key Property Ltd.

The boys have been putting in some brilliant performances lately and their determination on the pitch has been clear to see — so a fresh new kit was the least they deserved.

It’s been 9 months since we completed the setup of Elm Tree House, and we’re proud to share how beautifully it’s been maintained since day one.

🛋️ From the inside out, the home is thriving with some thoughtful updates along the way:
• Added bean bags to the cinema room for extra comfort
• New garden furniture for sunny days
• Added extra dining chairs to ensure comfortable seating for larger family groups
• A fresh shower curtain and pole added
• New glass sliding shower door installed
• Ongoing tweaks to keep the property feeling like a home

🧼 We also have regular cleaners attending on average nine times a month, ensuring the property stays spotless and to a consistent, professional standard.
This level of care simply isn’t something you can expect with a standard tenancy — where months can pass with no cleaning or upkeep at all. With Secure Key, your property is treated like a high-end home, not just a rental.

The latest chapter in our Secure Key Property journey is here: our newest refurbished home is now available as serviced accommodation! So if anyone has any family traveling to Leicester or if you need temporary accommodation we can now accommodate you.

I picked up the keys in early September and, believe it or not, I even spent a week living in the house pulling 18-hour days to ensure everything was perfect and to ensure it was completed on time—all while running my Landscaping business!
The Landlord, Tony, was in a tough spot with tenants who neglected the house, the property was in dying need of a full overhaul. Today, Tony couldn’t be happier with a show-home quality property and a stress-free, guaranteed rental income. He was so excited by what we had produced he wanted to be the first guest that stayed in the house so he travelled from Manchester with his family and spent 3 nights enjoying the transformation!
