The Tigers Townhouse is one of our longest managed self catering properties in Leicester. It is a 3 bedroom terraced house on Hazel street just off of Aylestone road. Its central location is perfect for contractors and holiday makers including sports fans due to its close proximity to the King Power and Welford Road stadiums.
A similar property would bring in an average of £1600/month after cleaning and management commission!

All but one of our properties are full for the next week with contractors or key workers and we aim to continue this in the following weeks, however, can only do so with your help! I'm Your Host is pleased to announce 3 of our Leicester landlords have managed to apply for mortgage holidays and have agreed to let us rent the rooms in their houses for £195 per month including bills to NHS staff! We want these rooms to be filled by those really in need, so please share this far and wide to help us in our search. We wish we could offer them for free, however, our landlords still need to pay council tax, heating etc hence the small monthly charge. We intend to make no profit out of this price.

T&C"s £400 deposit, must be NHS staff, 30 days notice.

Do you know any contractors working in Leicester, Birmingham, Derby or Nottingham? I’m Your Host rents out properties in these areas on a short term basis and is on the hunt for contractors seeking accommodation. The U.K. government hasn’t announced any plans to close buildings sites so they are the perfect guest for us. Watch the video for further info and please share!
