The extension of the ullesthorpe village hall is now virtually complete, refurbishment includes a new and improved kitchen, new dedicated bar and 2 store rooms, a new versatile stage and larger hall area. The hall is holding a Halloween night concert evening on Thursday so if your going let us have your comments on the improvements thanks to all involved

We are pleased to be involved with the extension and refurbishment of the Ullesthorpe village hall, we designed the proposals, gained Planning and Building Regulation Approval, helped secure £90,000 funding and Howgill Construction to build the project.
However the Fundraising continues and the hall is selling brick slips to be engraved with up to 2 lines each with 16 characters and fixed to the front elevation of the completed building.
Prices start at £30 for family names and £60 for businesses, we will obviously be supporting this cause.

I would like to thank all my clients for their patience over the past six months or so, the councils across the country all seem to have decided to make the planning process even more difficult than ever, they have refused to take phone calls and will only answer emails (occasionally) we at Plan4site Have done our best to try and keep the pressure on them to make the correct decisions.

There is one council who has taken 5 months and 4 planning officers offering alternative view perspectives and requesting amendments, only to then leave and be replaced and so on throughout the whole process and eventually to then Refuse the application, (the first refusal in 11 years) i hope we can get you to change your decision as we don't agree with your process and eventual decision so along the Appeal and compensation route we go!

Plan4site ltd are still working but under Corvid 19 guidelines, We have today undertaken a measured and photographic survey of an empty property in Coventry, with a view to get a planning application submitted for a rear extension and internal alterations within two weeks, please feel free to call us with your project and let us try to help you move it along whilst staying safe.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Amid the developing coronavirus situation, I wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking to ensure we have the availability to keep your project on track at this difficult time.

The health of both our clients and our team members is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation and introducing a wide variety of measures to minimise the impact to public health.

Any of our team members who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation, We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our clients and our teams.
