I don’t think the government could make it any harder to be a landlord or letting agent at the moment. It surprises me, there’s such a need for rental accommodation, yet all the positives are being taken away.

I’ve just done an inventory at a property where students have been moved in for 2 weeks already, and I find a kitten... one of the tenants came back and asked me kindly not to say anything... do I go with my heart and keep my mouth shut or go with my head and speak up?!
