Every unit on the 600,000 sq. ft estate is now full of commercial tenants...but wait...coming soon...

In just five months we will complete on the construction of six brand new high-spec units called Centenary Court and demand is expected to be high!

We were delighted to be invited to join Patrick and Darrell, and the team at Northern Valve & Fitting Company Ltd when they opened their new HQ at Moss Industrial Estate earlier this month.

It is a very exciting time for their business, which has experienced significant growth here at Moss Industrial Estate. Now with 16 employees, covering business development, engineering and technical sales, NVFCL supplies high quality components to the oil, gas, pharmaceutical, automotive and hydrogen industries. In 2018, NVFCL became the only authorised distributor in the UK and Ireland for global manufacturer, FITOK.

Northern Valve and Fitting was incorporated in 2011 and acquired by business partners, Patrick Drury and Darrell Jones, in 2018 who shared a vision to increase their UK market share and become a global competitor in the face of stiff competition from the USA.

They took on their first 1,000 sq ft unit on the estate back in 2018. In 2019, the business relocated to a larger 2,800 sq ft unit, which is still in operation today as their Pressure Test and Conference Centre.

In 2020, a sales office opened in Aberdeen, followed by an additional 3,800 sq ft unit at Moss Industrial Estate in 2021, which will now be relocated into the new headquarters.

Neill Wood, managing director of GM Property Management, said: “Northern Valve and Fitting Company are one of our largest and long-standing tenants at Moss Industrial Estate and we are very pleased to have been able to support them with their growth and wish them every success in their new headquarters.”

Patrick Drury, director of Northern Valve and Fitting Company, said: “We are really excited to open our new headquarters at Moss Industrial Estate, who have fully supported us with our growth over the last 6 years.

“We take great pride in our high standards within the industry and in our technical accreditations, both of which led to us becoming the sole distributor for FITOK in the UK and Ireland. The technical sales support we offer our customers is second to none and is greatly valued by our customers.

“Our open day event was a huge success and I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to join us and celebrate this special occasion. Our focus for the future is very much on reaffirming our commitment to our customers and supply chains, growing our UK market, and providing what our customers want, when they want it.”

The NVFCL team celebrated the opening of their new 12,000 sq ft headquarters with special guests including Leigh MP, James Grundy, and Hariz Grozdanic, the European director for the FITOK Group.
