This property journey was a special one for our team.

Our client was based in the US, so from day one we were there to make the process as stress-free as possible while the property stood empty. We carried out regular empty care visits, kept an eye on the home, oil levels and grass cutting, and ensured everything was looked after locally on the owner’s behalf.

When it came time to prepare the property for sale, our sister maintenance company stepped in to fully coordinate the works — including decorating the outside of the property and repairing roof tiles and render following the storms - helping present the property at its very best before hitting the market. When external padlocks failed, we also attended to change the locks and secure the property.

Fast forward to today… the sale has now completed 🎉

It is always rewarding to see how the different parts of our business can come together to support clients from start to finish — especially when distance and unexpected challenges are involved.
