We are so lucky to have the fantastic Mill Race Teashop right here at Yore Mill. Today we treated ourselves to their afternoon tea and it was absolutely delicious!

Homemade treats, plenty of Yorkshire favourites and, of course, a proper pot of tea — all just a few steps from our cottages.

Another lovely little reason to stay at Yore Mill Retreats… you don’t have to venture far for a treat! 🤍

A little introduction from me… 👋

I’m Emma, the face behind Yore Mill Retreats.

We’ve had lots of lovely new followers recently, so I just wanted to pop on and say hi!

I’ve met quite a few of you over the last couple of years, spoken to so many of you through messages and bookings, and it’s always lovely putting faces to names.

This week is an extra special one too, as Yore Mill Retreats prepares to celebrate its 2nd birthday! 🥂

It’s quite amazing to look back at how much the business has grown in those two years, and I’m so grateful for every booking, recommendation, lovely review, like, share and message of support along the way.

So, to celebrate our birthday, we thought we’d give something back…

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming Garett Wilde Photography back to Aysgarth next week 📸🍂

We absolutely love the images he recently captured for the launch of Waterside Cottage and
this time, the focus will be on beautiful Kingfisher Cottage, capturing a fresh collection of images with a warm, autumnal feel as we head into our favourite season in the Yorkshire Dales.

And there’s another reason we’re particularly excited about this shoot… the new photography will also help us launch our next competition. 👀

Very soon, one of our followers will have the chance to WIN a two-night midweek stay at either Kingfisher Cottage or River Dance Cottage.
