Also negotiated this week eventually on a couple of flats weve been chasing for over 12 months. Agreed exchange with delayed completion and will be looking to start on them bad boys once we've finished this!! Full refurbishment, splitting titles and refinancing should be a full money out deal!

Its been a little slow for a while but we are pleased to be getting our teeth into a new refurbishment in Higher Walton.

Alistair Cribb has come on board with KSSPDLTD and we are also currently in the process of purchasing a couple of flats which will be the next one to get stuck in to which we are excited about.

A few pictures from the latest project where we are making downstairs open plan adding a utility and downstairs shower room, upstairs we've split the bathroom allowing us to make an ensuite in the main bedroom with 2 more double bedrooms.

Fully ripped out now and a few strange things exposed along the way but looking forward to start putting the property back together again.

Full refurbishment throughout and hoping to get this refinanced later in the year and rented out!!

An excellent start by BASE Construction & Maintenance Ltd. on our latest refurbishment in Lancashire. This place hasn't been lived in for years and will look awesome when it's complete.

We will be using this as a Serviced Accomodation for contractors, walkers and anyone else who wants to use it.

Taken back to block the house has had a full refurbishment including electrics, boiler, plumbing and is ready for a very lucky tenant!! The ground floor has been opened up to give a modern open plan living space!
