Key Responsibilities

- Working with the team onsite to ensure the smooth running of operations and workflow
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Keeping the site tidy
- Cleaning of new houses
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following instruction from supervisors and foreman’s instructions.
- Assisting tradespeople in completing their duties.
- Driving the FLT to move materials

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, committed individual who can join a team and gel quickly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to show initiative.
- Prepared to work out of office hours and occasionally on weekends, as and when required.
- Previous experience as a general labourer
- Experience driving a forklift
- Full UK Driving License
- Forklift License

Main duties:

- General office duties
- Assisting The Finance Manager & QS
- Processing invoices for payment and payments to Sub contractors
- Prepare monthly HMRC Reports
- Create and update supplier information

Experience Required:

- Some accounts experience (Eg. Purchase Ledger)
- Experience using Sage Accounts
- Experience using MS Word & Excel
- Preferably AAT qualified
- Working Hours: 2 days per week, 10am-4pm
