We are operating a “Contactless” approach to tree, hedge and shrub work for all of our customers.
What does this mean?
Well, while everyone is cooped up at home you can still get your tree and hedge work done by us, without coming into contact with us.
Although we are not currently showing any obvious symptoms of the virus, we feel this is a sensible and workable solution to the problem.
How it works?
We already do this for our commercial clients, we just thought it would work for our domestic clients aswell, so while you are stuck at home - at least you won’t have to stare at untidy trees or hedges !
Stages:
1: You contact us to come and give you a quote for any work you want doing, giving as detailed a description of works as possible.
2: We come to see the work at your property, we don’t meet you (unless you want us to, in which case we will observe a distancing of 3m.
3: We won’t touch anything with bare hands (handles,doors etc)
4: if we need to ask questions, we can do this by phoning you from our mobile, whilst on site.
5: We email you a full-written, detailed quote
6: If you want us to do the work, you don’t need to come out, see us, or offer us drinks - we will wear gloves at all times and you can pay us by bank transfer.
