Plumbing and heating installation completed at a peanut roasting and packaging factory in Lincolnshire ✅👌🏼

Brilliant project to be involved in, complete renovation of existing industrial units, previously with electric heating and point of use water heaters.

NCB700 combination boiler with 12 years warranty and the only one on the market with built in hot water return circulation. Wash trough and knee operated sinks look next level 😍

Re-piping the airing cupboard to suit a Worcester 1000 A rated combi with 5 year hassle free warranty, adding condensate disposal through the property to an external gully and also a new wireless programmable room stat 👌🏼

Bathroom renovation 2/4 of the week finished today 😮‍💨 Absolute transformation and complete re-design, utilising the limited space in a quirky bungalow in Wragby 🙌🏻

Many challenges overcome and back to brick following the rip out, along with moving the incoming water main and complete repipe of plumbing and drainage internally and externally, the end result speaks for it self 😍

Nice little job today, working alongside renewing a cold water main in Lincoln 👌🏻💧

Customer unfortunately reported a dreaded letter from Anglian water stating the possibilty of an underground leak, losing 50l of water an hour! 😩

Swiftly dealt with today with Sean’s vast experience in the water utilities sector, locating the leak and diverting a new cold main in the property via the garage, avoiding the need to spend potentially thousands of pounds digging up more of the driveway or concrete surface in the garage and leading into the property to original stop tap.
