Well we certainly never expected the launch of our new Halloween countdown calendar to play out quite like it did…. All gone in less than 2 minutes. 😱
The overwhelming response to its release was both unexpected and amazing. Having an intriguing idea is one thing, but having so many miniaturists get on board with it WITHOUT seeing a thing, is quite another!

For those of you who managed to bag yourselves a ‘13 Days of Halloween’ calendar today - HUGE congratulations! We hope that you enjoy each surprise and love everything that it contains. We also can’t wait to see your ‘spooktacular’ creations, when Halloween 2026 is done…

For those of you who were sadly not successful; we really do feel for you. Today we launched a considerable number of Halloween calendars and we hoped that, as it was a new venture, we may have produced enough… evidently we weren’t even close. BUT rest assured that the contents of our very first ‘13 Days of Halloween’ calendar will be released in the near future… after we get another certain calendar dealt with and out the door first.

To everyone; thank you for your continued support for the products we create - we are always overwhelmed by your unrelenting enthusiasm and as a family and as a family business; your support is always deeply appreciated.

As the clock ticks down to the launch of our very first ’13 Days of Halloween’ Calendar, we just wanted to give some final information about its imminent launch.

Our countdown calendar contains not only a brand new ‘Halloween inspired’ 1:48th scale PP House kit, but also additional 1:48th kits and 3D accessories to fill it and bring it to life...

As this is our very first Halloween Countdown, we have produced a limited number of calendars. For this reason we feel it is only fair to limit the purchasing of them as one per person.

• 13 Days of Halloween Calendar - £50 (+P&P / Tariffs as applicable)

Of course we have no idea just how popular this new product will, or won’t be with our customers, but if you are not successful at the launch today, please know that we will be releasing all of the contents in the future.

We are hopeful that our online shop will process orders efficiently, but as with our Christmas Calendar we do recommend that you ensure that you are signed in prior to the launch at noon today (BST). We have also offered up suitable sacrifices to the god of technology this morning, in the hope that they will allow us to have a smooth and event free launch... but if there are problems – rest assured we will do everything we can to sort them out as quickly as possible.

Lastly, as with our Christmas Advent, just having a calendar in your basket does not mean that you have successfully ‘bagged’ one... A calendar is not yours until payment has been made and cleared.

& Finally...
We really do hope that this new countdown calendar will bring a little bit of PP magic to the Halloween season. To those of you who are successful, do remember you must keep the contents secret until Halloween is over... and to those of you who aren’t – please be kind and remember the kits contained in it will be released in the future, so no one will miss out.

This brand new ‘spooktacular’ countdown calendar, contains not only a brand new 1:48 house kit, but also all the furniture and 3D accessories too!

As numbers of available calendars are limited, we will also be limiting their sale to ‘one per customer’.

Our 13 Days of Halloween calendars will be sold with the contents unseen and as we do with our infamous ‘Advent Calendar’; we ask that the contents of the calendar remain secret until Halloween is over…

🚨Online Shop Updates - NEW Wish-list Facility available!🚨

With Christmas on the horizon, we are delighted to announce that we have added a ‘Wish List’ facility to our online shop. We know that this is a feature that our customers have been very keen to see added and we hope that it will help you to organise future purchases, aid research and actively help the development of your future project ideas.

1. To use this new facility you will need to be logged in to your account, which means you will also need to be a registered customer.
(To register click on Login/Register at the top of the screen and follow the automated prompts)

2. To create your wish-list, simple browse our online shop and when you find a product that you want to add to your wish list, simply click on the love heart symbol on the listing itself – the heart will then turn red to indicate that it has been selected. This will automatically add the item to your personal wish list.

3. To view your wish list, first click on your name at the top of the screen – this will provide you with a drop down menu, where you can then select ‘My Wishlist’ - You can then edit and view your wish list repeatedly via this same link.

4. This new facility can also be used to create multiple, ‘shareable’ wish lists too.

If we had trumpets and we could play them, we would be collectively belting out an enthusiastic fanfare; as our PRE-ORDER SERVICE for the autumn Miniatura Show is now officially open!!

This year, we have decided to open our pre-order service a little earlier than normal, to allow our customers an extended period of time to submit their requests to us and also more wiggle room for us to fulfil them too. So if you would like to place a Petite Properties’ PRE ORDER for collection at Stoneleigh Park on the 10th & 11th October; here’s how...

🚨*NEW for 2026 - HALLOWEEN ANNOUNCEMENT* 🚨
13 Days of Halloween… (with 1:48th scale content)

For a few months now, we have been gently teasing that this coming Halloween we will be sharing something super exciting and completely brand new! So with Halloween now fast approaching, we felt it was at last time to spill the beans and share what we have been secretly working on throughout the summer…

Never ones to rest on our laurels, for a long while now we have been keen to sprinkle some of our Christmas Advent magic onto other parts of the year and we can now announce that we will also be offering more than a little bit of spooky fantasy in our very first ‘Countdown to Halloween’…

The concept for this brand new holiday calendar will follow in the now established footsteps of our ‘Top Secret’ Christmas Advent Calendar… Where by the contents will remain secret and there will be no previews of what is contained within it. As with our Christmas Calendar, we will once again be asking customers NOT to share the contents of the new countdown calendar until Halloween is over.

This is what happens when you begrudgingly get up early on a Sunday morning to head to your village’s Boot Fair (despite the drizzle)… Only to stumble across someone getting rid of a wonderful collection of old architecture books.
Safe to say they have ALL come home with me; much to Mr Bea’s horror! 😱😉
