What’s been on the drawing board this week ✍️

This week we visited a new client who wanted more space to adapt to a growing family. We discussed what they hoped to achieve and rough ideas.

Back at the office we will now draw up the survey making use of the comprehensive survey we completed whilst on site. Once the client is happy with the proposed design it will be submitted for planning approval.

This week we submitted a new planning applications for a new client. We discussed different feasibility options and what they hoped to achieve which allowed us to come up with a scheme to suit both their aspirations and their budget.

✨𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 ✨

We are delighted to have obtained planning approval for proposed Garden Room Extension at our project just outside of Lincoln.

This comes after lengthy conversations with the local Planning Authority which makes us even more pleased to have our plans approved.

The proposals will provide the extra space needed by a growing family and will bring a sense of the outside in by encouraging natural light into the living space. All this has been achieved whilst ensuring that the designs are in keeping with the surroundings and existing building.

What’s been on the drawing board this week ✍️

This week we visited a new client who wanted more space without the stress of moving. We discussed what they hoped to achieve and rough ideas.

Back at the office we produced the initial drawing making use of the comprehensive survey we completed whilst on site. Once the design is finalised it will be submitted for planning approval.

Planning drawings submitted…..📣

We’ve been busy preparing and submitting planning drawings for our latest project an Orangery style extension to a beautiful property just outside of Lincoln. We will keep liaising closely with the Local Authority to ensure this project gains approval.

We are loving being part of so many local projects and can’t wait to continue to work on many more.
