Definitely a challenge this one , I was asked to create a minimal maintenance garden and widen the rear pathway so motor scooters could enter via rear gate , so new fencing all round , sleepers we’re used as retainers , several tonnes of pebbles laid , all levelled and slabbed. also shed er****on for scooters .

A big thank you to Helen and Carly for their patience and endless supply of hot drinks , had drain down the heating system to remove a radiator , cut and bridge pipe work at floor level. Apart from that it was relatively straightforward, had to call in a tiler as my machine had broken ,

We were asked to keep these fence panels albeit covered in algae but the fence posts were beginning to rot . We removed the relevant vegetation to gain access to posts , used a mini breaker to break up the concrete and insert concrete spurs on all posts , used an algae remover in preparation for timber care ,

This floor was in a very bad state vinyl laid on screeded tiled floor with a chipboard sub-base which had totally through due to water damage, one whole section of cabinets had also started to collapse due to the prolonged water damage, So out came the cabinets and flooring, new chipboard panels were laid and oak laminate on top , replaced kitchen units and and sink , job done

Thank you Anna for looking after me whilst on site.
Firstly the guttering needed clearing all round as they were full of grass , leaves and moss , leaf guards were also fitted to prevent further blockages ,
Secondly, the privacy screening was no longer safe , it was removed and new diamond trellis erected, I had a spectator who helped themself to unearthed grubs ,
