Planning permission and Building Control are separate parts of the process.

Planning permission deals primarily with whether the development is acceptable.

Building Control deals with whether the building work complies with Building Regulations.

So your new house or extension may have planning permission…

…but you still need to address the technical Building Regulations requirements before and during construction.

We’re pleased to have recently lodged a planning application for a new residential development in Dunmurry, Northern Ireland.
