One of our favourite walks starts right outside the front door. Best done at low water, the walk follows the creek on the opposite bank, eventually linking up with the Camel Trail near the old railway brdige, and heads into Padstow with fantastic views all the way. The walk back follows The Saints' Way right back to the front door.
The following link gives details of the route, with number 23 of the directions being by the church at the end of the lane.
A circular walk via the Victorian obelisk overlooking Padstow, the creek-side church at Little Petherick and the tidal enclosure of Sea Mills, returning via the Camel Trail bridge which carried the railway that brought the first Victorian tourists to Padstow and Cornish fish to London.
