Tiled floor that had blown due to damaged sub floor, ripped out and replaced with beautiful tile effect laminate

Cause of problem with blown tiles was a slight leak on water main under kitchen units, luckily found it and repaired before major damage was caused. Worst of damage was to board in center, so cu out was replaced with new board

Thankfully other than that, the outcome was just a few stains so allowed to dry out ready for latex, ply and underlay

Finished result was a beautiful new lease of life for this kitchen!!

Old worn out shower tray replaced with new slimline shower tray, pipework moved to suit new position of shower mixer to create more of an open space in a tight area, walls fitted and sealed with gloss white shower panelling and new chrome shower screen to finish off!! beautiful😶‍🌫️💦

Front door and frame both sides Rub down, clean up, multiple layers of undercoat and topcoats with quick rub down in between coats! Made the door look brand new🤌
