We recently completed a stunning garden pool room project, which involved an unexpected collaboration alongside the tilers - a scenario that isn't typical for us. Normally, we prefer to complete our work when all other works are fully finished, ensuring that each phase is completed before the next begins. However, we understand that sometimes projects don't unfold as planned, and it's crucial to remain flexible, especially when deadlines are non-negotiable.
Our client approached us with an urgent request to have the space ready for an upcoming event on Saturday. Despite the tilers still finalizing the installation of some of the white tiles and all of the dark tiles around the pool and some skirting boards remaining unfinished, we focused on finding solutions rather than dwelling on the obstacles. Our commitment to client satisfaction drives us to adapt and deliver results, even under challenging circumstances.
Admittedly, we faced some limitations during the project. Due to the grout still being wet, we couldn't work on certain areas, such as some of the white floor tiles and all of the black tiles. However, our client was fully aware of these constraints and appreciated our efforts to do as much as we could within the limited time frame. His gratitude reaffirmed our belief in the importance of effective communication and transparency, ensuring that expectations are managed and met, even when conditions are less than ideal.
