🚨 The Government has officially abandoned its 2028 deadline for EPC C ratings on new private rented sector tenancies. This has now been pushed back to 1st October 2030.

A major U-turn on what was billed as a cornerstone of rental reform.

The spend cap has also been reduced from £15,000 to £10,000 per property.
