A lot of photos taken over the last month at the Manchester refurb job.
A lot of hours clocked in this place, plenty of challenges, a lot of learning.
Some more little bits to be sorted in the en-suite tomorrow and then finally we can hand the keys back to the client for them to enjoy this flat for years to come.

99% complete on our first full refurb, big clean, couple touch ups where needed and the keys will be ready to be returne...

Been a little while since my last post will be putting up a few pics of recent jobs starting with a leak in a bathroom.
Came to assess the bathroom and removed the ceiling below. Leak area was end of the tray former. Floor had to be removed to expose what was already explained. Previous fitter didn’t tank the room thus leaving the grout alone to seal the room.
Lifted all the floor and lower wall tiles (dotted and dabbed) which was also great!
Tanked and retiled.

Demisting mirror also wired in.
