🚧 New Development Update from Deakin’s Yard 🏗️✨

Integritas Property Group (IPG) has secured a £10m funding facility for its Deakin’s Yard PBSA scheme in Newcastle-under-Lyme 💼✅

Provided by Pivot Finance, the facility will support the development as it moves through the final Building Safety Regulator approval stages ahead of the 2026/27 academic year 🛡️🏢

The funding will bridge the period while the structurally complete scheme awaits Gateway 2 sign-off, with all key certifications already in place 📋✔️

We’re incredibly proud of the amazing press coverage surrounding the successful funding secured for Central Point, a major milestone for Integritas Property Group and a strong vote of confidence in both the project and our long-term vision.

Securing this development funding facility marks an important step forward for IPG and highlights the continued belief in the strength and potential of Central Point.

May’s Central Point update brings landmark news for the project as IPG has successfully secured a £15.5 million development funding facility with BG Lending 💼🏗️

This funding supports the continued delivery of Central Point and reflects the growing confidence in the schemes and the team behind them 📈👏

On site, Central Point has now entered the pre-mobilisation phase following the completion of piling, groundworks, and initial structural works to first-floor level 🔨

Current activity includes:

✅ Structural inspections
✅ Site remobilisation
✅ Crane recommissioning
✅ Compliance preparation

🚧 The latest update from Cavendish Waters is here!

👷🏻‍♂️In his first update for IPG, Assistant QS Perry Mahaffy walks through a milestone-filled period on site, from the start of the retaining wall and shear wall installation to the arrival of precast concrete floor planks and the mobilisation of the tower crane.

🏗️ With multiple work streams now progressing in parallel, the development is rising fast and beginning to take real shape above ground.

🏢 We remain firmly on track for completion in Q2 2027, and there’s plenty more to come in the months ahead.

🚧 March Construction Update – Cavendish Waters 🏗️

Great progress continues on site as IPG has commenced a major concrete pour, marking another key milestone in the construction programme. Following weeks of preparation, including reinforcement steel, shuttering and under-slab drainage, we are now placing approximately 250 cubic metres of concrete.

👷‍♂️ With 25 people currently working on site, including dedicated concrete operatives and four bricklaying gangs, the building has developed a real presence. Scaffolding is up to the first level and brickwork is already progressing toward the second floor.

🏗️ We would also like to recognise and thank Liverpool City Council for their support following the unexpected collapse of Assent Building Control. Despite receiving around 1,200 additional projects almost overnight, their team worked collaboratively with us to keep Cavendish Waters progressing.

🚨 Exciting news for our amazing waterside project, Cavendish Waters!

👷 Our team is currently pouring 250 cubic metres of concrete in a precisely coordinated operation, with 52 wagons arriving in sequence on a strict 15-minute turnaround.

🏗️ It’s a carefully managed process that showcases the outstanding organisation, collaboration and teamwork across the entire site, a great example of delivery at scale done right.

📽️ We’ll shortly be sharing a full site update from Head of Development Ryan Guest, offering valuable insight into how both the project and the industry are evolving in 2026.
