✅Budget

Before diving headfirst into the property market, it's crucial to determine your budget. This will ensure that you have the necessary funds to set realistic goals and avoid any future disappointment. Keep in mind, purchasing an investment property is not just about the cost of the property itself. There are various additional expenses such as taxes, insurance, potential renovation costs, management fees and sourcing charges to consider.

✅Type of Investment
