CPM have been managers of this prestigious building since 2017.

The tallest building just off the (windy) river Mersey does have its complexities, but having a contractor as fearless as a Lion, and as dedicated, makes this job that little bit easier.

A recent new addition to our portfolio - 15 Wolstenholme Sq - located in the popular Ropewalks area of Liverpool City Centre.

We were approached by a group of leaseholders that desired significant change, and CPM were successful in being appointed managers from 1st January to implement such change; working extremely closely with the RTM Co and its board of directors.

It has been a very busy couple of months for all involved since handover, a process we have thoroughly enjoyed and are well-versed in dealing with. Reviews and leaseholder comments since CPM’s takeover confirm moving to CPM was the right decision.

We are thrilled to announce a significant development in our journey at Central Property Management (CPM).

In a strategic move to further enhance our specialised services, we are joining forces with City Residential by merging our Lettings portfolio with theirs.

This partnership marks a pivotal moment as we aim to fortify our leadership in residential block management within the city.

Sean Duffy, Director of CPM, shares his enthusiasm for this new chapter: “This deal will allow us to build on the progress we have made in becoming the leading residential block manager in the city with numerous new instructions in the pipeline. We have worked closely with City Residential for over 10 years, and this merger is a natural step for both companies and will allow City Residential to continue to expand their Lettings and Sales business whilst CPM continues to expand its Block management side of the business”
