Just another update over progress for the PIRES Group .
In our first six months we have now been involved in transactions of sales with GDV of circa £7,500,000 . We have ongoing sales with GDV levels of over £200,000,000 . This is extraordinary ongoing business . Very hard to grasp how massive this achievement is for our team in such a short space of time. We have been also nominated and now shortlisted for multiple awards.
We believe we are naturally moving towards us being an “ Off Market Specialist Agency “.
We have Residential Sales progressing daily and also Fractional Sales ( Pictured ) we have launched last week which adds another string to our bow .
Our commercial sale brand is evolving dramatically and our view is this …

We now have connections worldwide and our strategy is to become a well established force in the industry at a commercial level “
We have agreed partnerships with multiple organisations from Housing Associations to the biggest Construction companies and developers in the City .
We are always still striving to learn more , help more and achieve more .
We are on hand for advice needed and are looking to keep expanding over these coming years.
