David and Christine Slater are a lovely couple who had been in rented accommodation and we were able to provide a Shared Ownership option for them to buy their own property in our fabulous Mill Wharf development.

At Riverside we try to help a whole host of personal situations and it is great when we can provide a good solution that makes our customers happy.

Joanne Hall, wanted to find a home that would allow her a quiet and calm life, she also wanted to be close to her father who was moved to an extra care home in North Shields, so she could continue to help care for him. Through Riverside and Shared Ownership she was able to find a home in Mill Wharf which ticks all of the boxes. She provided us with this really nice feedback.
