We were thrilled to win both the Community Benefit award and the Northwest Project of the Year at the RICS awards tonight. We are so grateful to all of our partners, volunteers, supporters, staff, the board of trustees and, most especially, our amazing home partners! Two of them joined us tonight, Lisa and Chris. This is for you and all those who are helping us to create loving communities and affordable homes. It’s onto London next to hopefully win the national award!

We are so proud and pleased to have been shortlisted along with our partners Millson Group for a RICS award for the St. William’s project in Ince, Wigan. This was not only for outstanding design, but an acknowledgment of our unique sweat equity model and how it benefits the community. The Community Benefit category. With grateful thanks to all involved.

We are grateful to Dr Colin Stuhlfelder from Salford University who has been talking about HPBC’s work to his colleagues.

The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists are taking their turn to host the Association of European Experts in Building Construction and Salford University is the venue. The photos are in context of the University getting involved with professionals and projects in the North West. There are experts here from Denmark, Germany, Iceland etc.,
