All estate agents are the same right ? 🤷‍♂️

WRONG ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Why anyone would use a corporate estate agents is beyond me, over worked & under paid staff wont get you the best results.

Online estate agents can get your property listed on the portals but usually disappoint when it comes to accepting offers and negotiating for you. Some arnt even that cheap anymore.

To get the BEST RESULTS sellers should always;

✅ Get 3 valuations - These should come in within £10k of each other, the agents should be able to demonstrate how they have got to that figure with clear comparable evidence.

✅ Knowledgable - local knowledge is paramount when it comes to negotiating offers, if the agent isn’t local or doesn’t fully understand the market how can they negotiate for you.

✅ Easily contactable - Good communication is vital when selling anything. When selling your property with us you will deal with 1 or 2 people for consistent, clear communication.

✅ Offers genuinely good advice. I’d rather give you an accurate valuation from the start than agree with another inflated valuation you may of had from another agent desperate to “ Win a Listing” I’m all for getting the best price for you and giving it a go but always pre manage client’s expectations & don’t over promise.
