We had a lovely afternoon exploring physical play in Peep Stay & Play this afternoon! Core strength and building children's big muscles in their shoulders and arms will help them be able to hold a pencil and learn to write when they start School ✍️

We practiced balancing, hula hooping, kicking, throwing and catching ⚽️

Next week, we will be getting messy so please come in old clothes! 👕👖
