I’m completely overwhelmed and honoured to receive the Co-Living Deal of the Year Award last Thursday, especially in my home city of Liverpool. 🍾🥂

Receiving this award means the world to me, being recognised in the industry by my peers for the hard work we (Jonathan and I) have done to create safe, happy homes for our tenants. To us, it seems normal to ensure we build communities as well as places for people to live which is why I felt like an imposter amongst many great professionals in our industry. 🤩

However, when I got home after partying hard, I noticed my latest Trustpilot review and it helped to make it all fall in to place.
Even though we may only be a part of their lives for a fleeting moment, it’s our tenants who deserve to make friends, feel welcome, listened to and above all safe. 💕

So on to the next HMO / Co-Living deal.
This one will have a gym, communal work space for wh, mini cinema and a hang out room. I’m actively looking for investment due to being let-down by someone. So get in touch if you want to be part of what we at Phoenix Living are doing next.

So this is me being an absolute idiot! I locked a set of keys in this lockbox, jumbled the numbers and then realised I hadn’t written the number down anywhere!

I started at 0000 and flicked through every number until I got to 7000 and gave up!

What should I do now? Who would keep going?

I found this light fitting in a skip many years ago and my wonderful electricians rewired it so it is now safe. 💡
