Thanks all for your patience over the last few days - the residential side of The Block is now open and all permanent residents can access their apartments. The aparthotel side is still closed to guests. If you have a reservation please contact your booking agent to discuss your specific booking. We will update further on the aparthotel side as we know more.

UPDATE FROM THE BLOCK: apologies for the confusion, we are now informed that access to The Block is not permitted until we have received the structural engineer's report. We will post here as soon as we have approval to enter the building. As always, for any existing reservation enquiries please contact 0151 329 2970. Many thanks all for your patience.

FURTHER UPDATE: No access can be granted into The Block at this moment. We will update here as soon as we have more feedback from the emergency services. The number to call for further information regarding current reservations is 0151 329 2970.

LATEST UPDATE: The Fire Brigade will allowing accompanied access into The Block from 10am for guests to retrieve belongings. We are yet to find out when we can re-open. We will post regular updates here.

LATEST UPDATE: A relief centre has been set up for anyone who has been affected by the fire in the Liverpool Waterfront Car Park next to Echo Arena and needs shelter for the night. They can go to Steble Street off Park Road, L8 6QH
