We take care of all the mundane, time consuming taks that come with short term rentals whilst you can sit back and earn money - more often exceeding traditional long term tenancy lets. Unlike other companies our service is the complete package from communication and online listing management to changing the bed linen - which we can even provide ourselves! We like to be transparent about our pricing and whether you own an out of town bungalow or a city centre penthouse our prices are always the same. We take a 15% cut on any profits that are made plus a cleaning fee - the majority of which is paid by the guests themselves. The service we offer is completely risk free to our clients - as we don't make money unless you do!
