Host So Simple is a company founded by Joe Davies and Katy Foster to fill a gap in the market for short term property management services in Liverpool. With both founders having a background in hospitality and having already had experience within the industry through Airbnb - we offer the complete hassle free solution to renting out your property short term. We offer 24/7 support to both our gue

sts and our clients and can be on hand to sort out any problems that may occur. We take care of all the mundane, time consuming taks that come with short term rentals whilst you can sit back and earn money - more often exceeding traditional long term tenancy lets. Unlike other companies our service is the complete package from communication and online listing management to changing the bed linen - which we can even provide ourselves! We like to be transparent about our pricing and whether you own an out of town bungalow or a city centre penthouse our prices are always the same. We take a 15% cut on any profits that are made plus a cleaning fee - the majority of which is paid by the guests themselves. The service we offer is completely risk free to our clients - as we don't make money unless you do!

Have you ever had a ride on the Ferry Across the Mersey? ⛴️

The Mersey Ferry has a long history, with ferry services across the River Mersey dating back to at least the 12th century.

The modern ferry service, as it is known today, has been in operation since the 19th century.

On the classic 50 minute River Explorer cruise, you'll find out lots more interesting facts about city's rich musical heritage, learn how the ferries played their part in the First World War and hear more about Liverpool’s maritime history from the expert recorded commentary, which plays throughout the cruise.

Even in the cold winter weather, it's well worth a trip - especially when the views are as good as this one from Ploide Media 👏
