Don't forget the proposed new electrical regulations are due to come into force in July 2020 ( subject to legislation and may be delayed due to covid situation))
This means YOU MUST have your property electrically inspected by a qualified person for all NEW tenancy's from July 2020 and before April 1st 2021 for existing tenancy's.

The test lasts for 5 years but our official guidelines suggest it should be done at the start of each new tenancy.

Please be aware of your statutory obligations in respect of this.
