So much so that we are now looking to recruit a part time member of staff to join our friendly & experienced team as a Sales Negotiator. Initially we are looking for 6 hours a week every Saturday but you may also be asked to cover for full time staff members whilst away on annual leave or training. Something we’re always getting asked…..

When is the best time to sell your home? After spending ages analysing years of market activity, school holiday dates etc my ultimate conclusion is that in north Wales, the best time to sell is always about the sun! Have you travelled along the new Caernarfon and Bontnewydd bypass yet? Driving to Bangor is now so much easier. Haven't the roads been improved a lot? Remember queueing for tolls at Briwat Bridge and The Cob, going through Porthmadog before the bypass, and driving through Penygroes before the A487 upgrade. Go back further to 1994 and the Felinheli bypass opened up!
