FIRE ALARM TESTING ... unfortunately the company have cancelled the testing due to staff sickness. It has been re-scheduled for Thursday 11th and Friday 12th April ... new slips will be put out. Sorry for any inconvenience but it was out of our control.

We've been a little quiet on here this year, but we've been exceptionally busy behind the scenes complying with all new regulations, and making sure we're doing the best we can for our tenants. It's been very stressful and remembering that we are still only a family business, an awful lot of work for office staff & workmen. Thank you for bearing with us while we are doing our updating. After what has been a very difficult year for both Nicola & I and our families, we will be taking some much needed time off over Christmas and New Year. We will both be back in the office on Wednesday 5th January to continue doing the best we can to assist you all 😀 . FACEBOOK MESSENGER
We are sorry to have to post this but we have to ask all tenants to please report ALL jobs and complaints to the office during office hours of 9am – 3pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s and NOT through Nicola and Briony’s personal Facebook messenger, especially in the evenings and on weekends. We do care about our tenants but I’m afraid that your broken plug is not our priority at 11.40pm on a Saturday night! Obviously if it is an EMERGENCY then we are more than happy to be contacted out of hours and will do what we can to help.

Unfortunately the number of messages that we are regularly getting on the weekends and often late into the evenings is becoming intrusive into our family lives and personal time. Remember if you have a serious anti-social behaviour issue please ring 101 for the police.

UNIVERSAL CREDIT Update August 2021
RE: Extra COVID £20 Uplift per week

DWP are currently working on communications regarding ENDING the £20 per week increase.

Letter from the Minister for Welfare Delivery from July 22nd about DWP communications with claimants about the end of the temporary UC COVID uplift (parliament.uk)
The letter is available on the Parliament.UK website and can be accessed at:

What does this mean for you? The Government intend to withdraw the extra £20 a week from your current UC payment by the end of October/November this year. You will start to notice messages in your journal and on your payment page regarding this reduction.
