🚨🚐 DRIVER WANTED — THE A&E MEN 🚐🚨

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced driver to join The A&E Men 💙

The role will involve driving our LWB Crafter for removals, furniture collections/deliveries, waste removal, clearances and various other jobs across South Wales and beyond.

🪪 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Full clean driving licence
✅ Experience driving a LWB Crafter / similar large van
✅ Confident driving in towns, cities and on motorways
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Good attitude and work ethic
✅ Physically fit and happy getting stuck in
✅ Friendly and respectful with customers
✅ Someone who takes pride in doing a proper job

This isn't just a driving job — you'll be part of the team and getting involved with the work when needed. 💪🏻

💙 THIS ISN’T JUST A BUSINESS. THIS IS WHO WE ARE. 💙

They see the removals, clearances, building work, plastering, collections, deliveries and everything else we get stuck into.

But what people don’t always see is the reason behind it.

I’ve been through some of the hardest things life can throw at you.

I’ve experienced loss, trauma, heartbreak and grief — not just emotionally, but physically too.

There have been days where getting out of bed has been difficult.

Days where your head is telling you to stop.

Days where life feels heavier than you ever thought possible.

And I’m not going to sit here and pretend that you simply “get over” things like that.

You don’t.

You learn to carry them.

You learn to keep moving.

And somehow, you find the strength to get up the next morning and carry on.

That’s a huge part of what The A&E Men has become.

🚐 WE DON’T JUST TURN UP TO DO A JOB.

💙 We turn up when someone needs a hand.

💙 We help people who are struggling.

💙 We help families going through difficult times.

💙 We help people dealing with loss.

💙 We help when a house needs clearing after someone has passed away.

💙 We help when someone is facing trauma, moving on, starting again or simply doesn’t know where to begin.

And sometimes, the job isn't really about what's being loaded into the van.

Sometimes it's about giving someone one less thing to worry about.

Sometimes it's about listening.

Sometimes it's about being patient.

Sometimes it's about treating someone with a bit of kindness when they're having one of the worst days of their life.

Because we know what it feels like when life knocks you down.

And even when we're hurting ourselves, we still push through.

Not because we're superhuman.

Not because it doesn't affect us.

But because we believe that if we're in a position to help somebody, we should.

That's what The A&E Men — Anything & Everything is really about.

It's about people.

It's about helping.

It's about turning up.

It's about doing the best we possibly can, whatever the situation.

And even though death, loss and trauma can break you in ways nobody else can see…

WE KEEP GOING.
