We are a locally based firm located in Beddau pontypridd, ideally situated 20 mins from Cardiff and less than ten minutes from Junction 34 M4. With several years experience in the lettings industry we specialise in property matching and have extensive lists of tenants awaiting properties all over South Wales. We offer a full disclosure service on our fees to both tenants and landlords

and no “hidden extras” except when it comes to our service. We advertise through the local press, rightmove, advertising boards and of course our regularly updated personal website. We rent properties through Wales and through these forms of media advertising we aim to rent properties fast !!!!!

Our aim is to match purchasers/investors with their perfect property and provide landlords with suitable tenants. With several years experience in the sales & lettings industry, we have coverage throughout Wales, including Cardiff and surrounding area combined with extensive knowledge of the property market.

We provide customers with a complete package, with estate agency, lettings, maintenance and mortgage services. In addition we offer insurances & conveyancing through our established relationships.
