DTR Surveyors are delighted to have represented on their latest new site acquisition!

The new site is located within the heart of Whitchurch Village in North Cardiff and is site number 5 for Ground across South Wales.

DTR were tasked earlier this year with identifying a suitable new site and we quickly identified 53C Merthyr Road as an ideal leasing opportunity. Terms were agreed via the Landlord’s letting agent & my client successfully secured a change of planning use.

The new site looks fantastic and is an excellent addition to Ground’s leasing portfolio, as they expand their presence across Cardiff & The Vale. I look forward to advising our client on more future site acquisitions!

Fantastic to see KFC officially opening their latest new site today, located at Colchester Retail Park!

I am delighted to have acted on behalf of an established Franchisee, with acquiring their latest new site.

DTR Surveyors were tasked with identifying a suitable site within Colchester as part of a relocation requirement on behalf of our client and we identified a 4,000 sqft unit at Colchester Retail Park, which was formerly occupied by Shoe Zone. An excellent trading location with a number of existing multiple occupiers & good parking provision. Once terms were agreed, the landlord agreed to split the unit and subsequently secured planning for a change of use & subdividing the unit.

Roll forward many months later and the site is now officially open for business!

A superb & accelerated fit-out undertaken by my client’s design & construction team on site.

Delighted to have completed a new long term letting at 181 Cowbridge Road East in Cardiff, acting on behalf of the landlord.

The ground floor unit, previously occupied by Papa Johns, has been let to on a new long term letting. This will be Rio’s first site in Wales!
