We’ve been very quiet on here lately but definitely haven’t been quiet on the jobs! 😂

We’ve had loads going on over the last while and, as usual, we’ve been terrible at remembering to take photos! Here’s a few jobs we did manage to get some pictures of

A wee front garden freshen-up in Campbeltown. Dug it all out, stepped it with sleepers, put down some fresh Cotswold gravel and laid Ravenna sandstone slabs.

Another one in Campbeltown where we made the seating area a bit bigger, built a new retaining wall and laid fresh turf to give the garden a good freshen-up.

A job in Tarbert where we built up the area and laid Castle Grey Indian sandstone slabs.

And we even managed to squeeze in some resin around this cracking wee “Hagrid Hut” in Minard, along with a new fence.

A wee garden makeover for one of our good pals ❤️

Some of you may know that one of our close pals recently had a life-changing stroke. We wanted to do something to help make everyday life a little easier and make sure he could get outside and enjoy his garden again.

The garden was completely unusable — wet, boggy, and difficult to access — so our aim was to create a space that is safe, practical, and somewhere he can relax and enjoy spending time outdoors. (And if we’re lucky, maybe he’ll invite us round for a BBQ now! 🍔😂)

He kindly supplied some materials himself, but a massive thank you goes to all the boys from mk&son's who gave up their time and chipped in to help make this makeover happen.

We’d also like to say a big thank you to Travis Perkins in Lochgilphead for helping us out with the materials and supporting the project.

What a transformation! 😍

A full garden makeover completed in Kilmeford, and what a difference it has made!

✅ Removed all the old decking
✅ Lifted and disposed of the existing gravel
✅ Installed beautiful Castle Grey Indian sandstone
✅ Built stunning half-moon feature steps
✅ Laid premium artificial grass, giving the kids a safe, low-maintenance space to run around and play

We absolutely loved working on this project, and it's amazing to see the transformation from start to finish. Another happy customer and another garden ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Another job completed in campbeltown ✅️

We dug out the old gravel, grass, and slab area before installing Indian sandstone paving along with Aqua drains for improved drainage.

The old retaining wall was removed and replaced with a new retaining wall, creating a much neater and more modern finish that really enhances the space

A great transformation that's made the area both more practical and visually appealing.

We’ve been super busy over the last few weeks, so posting has been a bit slow. Here’s a look at a few of the jobs that have been keeping us busy:

• Garden makeover in Ardrishaig — We scraped back the whole garden, cleared out all weeds, installed a new 4‑foot boundary fence, and re‑seeded the full area for a fresh lawn.

• Resin work at a local caravan park — The client handled the prep, and we managed to squeeze in the resin laying while the weather was on our side.

• A tidy‑up job in Campbeltown — We refreshed this wee garden and turned it into a much more usable, tidy space.

We’ve got plenty more projects on the go, but photos are few and far between when we’re working flat out.

We may have been a bit quiet on social media lately, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes

Here’s a wee job we recently completed in Ardrishaig. The customer was having ongoing issues with water, so we lifted all the old cobbles, fully prepped the ground, and installed new Marshalls Priora Mono blocks.

To solve the water problems we made sure all water now runs away from the house and into the newly installed Aqua drains

We’ve been super busy lately and actually remembered to grab a few photos along the way 🙈
✔️ Installed a brand new fence with gravel boards and concrete posts in Ardrishaig
✔️ Created a fresh new washing green for the residual home in Benderloch
✔️ And when the weather turned, we moved indoors to lay some beautiful Yorkshire slabs over underfloor heating
It’s been a great mix of projects and we’re loving the variety!
Our diary is filling up fast, and with better weather (hopefully!) on the way, now’s the perfect time to get booked in.

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet on here lately — we’ve been mega busy with some new contracts 💪
Here’s a recent job we completed in Campbeltown for a block of four flats. What was once an unusable space has now been cleared and transformed into a practical washing green for all the residents.
Not every job needs to be fancy — sometimes simple and effective makes the biggest difference.
Access to this one wasn’t the easiest, but as always, we got the job done 👊

A recent job we completed in Kilmelford.

The weather didn’t make it easy, but we got there in the end 💪

The aim for this customer was to make the most of the space and improve wheelchair accessibility from the front of the house.

What a difference it’s made. We’re just waiting on the customer to decide which balustrade or edging they’d like, and then the job will be fully complete.
