ANOTHER VERY SATISFIED CLIENT.

This is a short testimonial for Jack Shorn of Fitzroy’s:

We (very) recently sold in Brookfield Mansions on behalf of my father, who has now moved into a care home in Barnet. We chose Jack Shorn as our estate agent because his agency is local, he is experienced with both the neighbourhood and Brookfield (both its charms and its complexities) and because he and my mother used to enjoy the occasional “stop and chat’.

His performance and service levels, however, exceeded our expectations; Jack is experienced, knowledgeable and, importantly, managed to generate significant interest in the flat. Jack’s communication skills are excellent and he instinctively built relationships with the purchaser, the lawyers and the other estate agents in the chain which kept the transaction moving along as smoothly as possible.

Jack is also extremely responsive and quick to provide guidance and insight, while also knowing when to step back. I have used many estate agents in my own affairs and I appreciated Jack's "old school’/ small business approach to that of the modern estate agency chain.
