We’re pleased to announce that Joint Ventures in Land (JVIL) has recently secured its largest site to date. A 14 hectare parcel neighbouring Long Marston Garden Village.

We look forward to engaging constructively with Stratford-on-Avon as we bring forward plans for a high quality residential development for 300 homes.

This proposal aims to address local housing need while delivering a well-designed, sustainable development that works for the local area and its community.

Happy to announce we have recently submitted a pre-app for 9 serviced plots. We plan on submitting a planning application later this year, that will allow nine self builders to build their dream home. We look forward to discussing our proposals with Braintree council.

I am happy to announce we have received planning consent for 17 bungalows. Earlier this month the section 106 was approved and we now look forward to dealing with the reserved matters.

Interesting to see more then 15% of English Councils have had their planning powers limited, even though they have been given 4 months leeway with their targets because of Covid

Around 50 local authorities in England will have their planning powers curtailed after failing to meet the government’s housing delivery target test, with the worst performers in the South East
