Don't make things more complicated than they need to be... 👇🏻

Have you heard of the concept - Fast Pounds £££ & Slow Pounds £££.. ? 💷

Fast pounds is cashflow ➡️ to have a functional healthy business you need to have cashflow. So when you are first starting out in property, you'll want to make sure you have some sort of income stream to pay your monthly expenses whilst you get to work replacing it!

Slow pounds is your wealth➡️ this is in the form of capital appreciation for owning property over time in the market. This is your insurance policy for any tough times and to leverage to purchase more assets.

A healthy property business needs to aim for both regardless of whether you're starting out or established property business.

So picture this… I’m laying on my sun bed next to my pool and my phone starts ringing…☀️🏖️

It’s a number I don’t recognise, so I answer it and start having a conversation. 🤗

It turns out to be a lovely lady who found my on YouTube, then went to my website to give me a call. 😎

She wants to invest in my property business for a fixed return because she has cash sat in her bank shrinking and no time to invest in property herself….👇🏼📈

Now, I’d only starting repurposing my insta content to YouTube that week after following orders from my coach that it would be a good idea, and I only had a measley 25 followers! 😱

But it just so turns out she has £250k to invest…ready to go to work, and didn’t even know me prior to a quick search on YouTube! 😱

But THIS is how multiple investors have started working with me in my property business… putting content out there and starting conversations! 🙌🏼
